Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and Coachingle Technologies Private Limited (“Coachingle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), a company incorporated under the laws of India, governing your access to and use of the Coachingle platform, including the website at coachingle.com, all associated applications, AI-powered tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
Institutional accounts must be created by an authorised representative of the institution.

2. Description of the Platform

Coachingle is an AI-powered learning and content generation platform that provides:

AI-generated educational videos

Cheatsheets and revision notes

Audio podcast summaries

AI comic strip generation

Mind maps and slide decks

Adaptive quizzes and flashcards

Snap & Learn (photo problem solving)

Answer writing evaluation

Learning memory and mastery tracking

Institute management portal

Content is generated using artificial intelligence and is intended as a study aid only. It does not constitute professional academic, legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
Account sharing is prohibited. Paid subscriptions are licensed to a single individual and are subject to device session limits (1–2 concurrent devices depending on plan).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Platform.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall NOT:

Generate non-educational content

Unless you are a Platform Administrator with unrestricted access, the Platform is limited to educational content generation.

Redistribute or resell generated content

Content generated by the Platform is for your personal study use. Commercial redistribution, resale, or bulk extraction is prohibited.

Attempt to bypass rate limits or paywalls

Circumventing free tier limits, credit systems, or subscription restrictions through technical means is a violation of these Terms.

Scrape, crawl, or extract data at scale

Automated access to the Platform for data extraction, including AI model training, is strictly prohibited without written authorisation.

Upload harmful or illegal content

You may not upload images or text that are obscene, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

Share account credentials

Sharing login details, subscription credits, or device sessions with other individuals is a breach of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform IP

The Coachingle name, logo, brand identity, software, algorithms, AI models, user interface designs, and all underlying technology are the exclusive intellectual property of Coachingle Technologies Private Limited. All rights reserved.

5.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you input into the Platform (topics, questions, uploaded images). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process this content for the purpose of delivering the Service.

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (videos, cheatsheets, audio, comics, mind maps, quizzes) is provided under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your individual study use. You may download and keep generated content for personal use. You may not:

Sell or commercially distribute AI-generated content
Claim AI-generated content as your original work for academic submission
Use AI-generated content to train competing AI models

5.4 Content Protection

Generated content may include invisible forensic watermarks and trace codes for content protection purposes. Circumventing, removing, or altering these protections is a violation of these Terms.

6. Subscriptions, Payments & Credits

6.1 Free Tier

Unregistered and free-tier users receive 3 content generations per day. Video generation is not available on the free tier. Free-tier content is subject to watermarking and resolution limitations.

6.2 Paid Plans

We offer the following time-limited subscription plans:

6.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (USD/GBP). All plans are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. Credits expire at the end of the plan period.

6.4 Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT GENERATED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AI-generated content may contain factual inaccuracies. Users are advised to verify critical information independently.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.
AI-generated study materials are supplementary aids and are not a substitute for formal education, textbooks, or qualified instructors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Coachingle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any academic outcomes, examination results, or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coachingle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform in violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you upload or submit to the Platform

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through Profile settings or by emailing support@coachingle.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
Sections 5 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimer), 8 (Limitation of Liability), 9 (Indemnification), and 11 (Governing Law) survive termination.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 15 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coachingle with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
