This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases made on the Coachingle platform (coachingle.com), operated by Coachingle Technologies Private Limited. We strive to ensure transparency and fairness in all transactions.
Coachingle offers the following one-time purchase plans (no auto-renewal):

Important: All plans are one-time purchases. There is no automatic renewal or recurring billing. Credits expire at the end of the plan validity period.
Due to the digital and instant-delivery nature of our service:
Used credits
Once a generation credit (text, video, audio, comic) has been consumed, it is non-refundable.
Expired unused credits
If your plan expires with unused credits remaining, we do not offer refunds or extensions. Credits do not carry over.
Partial-period cancellation
Since plans are one-time purchases with no auto-renewal, there is no partial-period refund.
We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:
Billing error
You were charged an incorrect amount or charged after a failed transaction was supposed to be voided.
Duplicate charge
You were charged more than once for the same plan purchase.
Service unavailability
The Platform was completely unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your paid plan period.
Credits not activated
Your payment was confirmed by Razorpay or Stripe but credits were never activated due to a technical error on our end.
Unauthorised transaction
You did not authorise the purchase and can demonstrate the transaction was made without your consent.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original transaction date. Requests after 14 days may not be honoured.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 15 days before taking effect.
